Draconid Creatureism Cassette

Creatureism is about feeling othered in myself; fractured. It's feeling invisible, strange, and non-human. The cover art features me wearing a costume I made with the goal of becoming the art. I stand as a beast in front of the Berkshire landscape, wings outstretched, claws clasped together. This is a creature capable of growth and change, but we're left with the question: How does it get there? Is it through creation? Other people? Or maybe suffering, in the mental and physical worlds, are at the core of a beast's being. Sometimes it's easier to go dormant within one's creature, to hide behind the mask. This album is me giving my parts a voice-- it's me telling myself that I'm not alone.
